KALSEL SPECIAL AWARD 2023

 

MAKSUD DAN TUJUAN

Kegiatan KALSEL SPECIAL AWARD 2023 ini dilaksanakan dengan maksud dan tujuan yaitu :

  1. Dalam rangka memperingati dan memeriahkan Hari Jadi Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan Ke-73 pada tanggal 14 Agustus 2023.
  2. Mempromosikan berbagai hal tentang Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan ke seluruh Indonesia dan manca negara.
  3. Meningkatkan kemampuan, keterampilan serta latih diri anggota ORARI di bidang komunikasi radio.
  4. Menjalin semangat kekeluargaan, mempererat tali persaudaraan dan menjunjung tinggi sportivitas sesama amatir radio.

 

PESERTA

Peserta kegiatan ini adalah Anggota ORARI dan Stasiun Klub di seluruh Indonesia serta Amatir Radio manca negara.

PENILAIAN

  1. POIN

    Setiap QSO dengan Station 8C73KS, 8D73K, dan 8D73S pada setiap band dan setiap mode akan mendapatkan 1 poin (duplikasi tidak dihitung).

  2. MULTIPLIER
    Setiap QSO dengan Ketiga Station 8C73KS, 8D73K, dan 8D73S pada setiap band dan setiap mode akan mendapatkan 1 Multiplier.

  3. TOTAL NILAI
    Total Nilai adalah Jumlah Poin dikalikan dengan Jumlah Multiplier.

Poin dan Multiplier akan diberikan jika terdapat konfirmasi QSO antara Log yang diupload oleh Operator dengan Log hasil QSO yang diupload oleh Peserta.

Peserta dapat memasukkan Log hasil QSO baik secara manual maupun sekaligus dengan mengirimkan Log dalam bentuk ADIF File pada situs website ORARI Daerah Kalimantan Selatan https://award.orarikalsel.or.id/?page=kalsel-award&btn=submit  paling lambat pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2023 Jam 23.59 UTC.

 

PENGHARGAAN DAN PLAKAT

  1. Peserta yang berhasil melakukan QSO dengan Station 8C73KS, 8D73K, dan 8D73S akan mendapatkan KALSEL SPECIAL AWARD 2023 yang dapat diunduh melalui situs website ORARI Daerah Kalimantan Selatan https://award.orarikalsel.or.id setelah berakhirnya kegiatan dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
    1. Bronze Award jika telah berhasil QSO dengan Semua Stasiun tersebut.
    2. Silver Award jika telah berhasil QSO dengan Semua Stasiun tersebut dan mengumpulkan total nilai sedikitnya 25.
    3. Gold Award jika telah berhasil QSO dengan Semua Stasiun tersebut dan mengumpulkan total nilai sedikitnya 50.
    4. Platinum Award jika telah berhasil QSO dengan Semua Stasiun tersebut dan mengumpulkan total nilai sedikitnya 73.
  2. Khusus Peserta dari Indonesia yang berhasil mengumpulkan nilai tertinggi akan diberikan Plakat dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
    1. Peringkat Tertinggi 1, 2, dan 3 Tingkat Penegak.
    2. Peringkat Tertinggi 1, 2, dan 3 Tingkat Penggalang.
    3. Peringkat Tertinggi 1, 2, dan 3 Tingkat Siaga.
    4. Peringkat Tertinggi 1, 2, dan 3 Stasiun Klub.
    5. Peringkat Tertinggi Kalimantan Selatan Tingkat Penegak.
    6. Peringkat Tertinggi Kalimantan Selatan Tingkat Penggalang.
    7. Peringkat Tertinggi Kalimantan Selatan Tingkat Siaga.
  3. Plakat juga akan diberikan kepada Peringkat Teringgi 1, 2 dan 3 untuk Operator yang bertugas.

Catatan :

  • Jika Peringkat Nasional dapat diraih oleh Anggota dari Kalimantan Selatan, maka untuk Peringkat Kalimantan Selatan akan diberikan kepada urutan dibawahnya.
  • Jika terdapat Total Nilai yang sama, maka akan dilihat peserta yang tercepat dalam memperoleh Nlai tersebut.

 

KETENTUAN LAIN

  1. Peserta wajib mentaati tata cara berkomunikasi yang baik dan benar, dengan berbahasa yang santun dan bersabar jika belum terdengar oleh operator.
  2. Peserta harus menyebutkan callsign secara lengkap pada saat melakukan checkin di setiap roll call / sesi pemanggilan oleh operator yang bertugas, serta memberikan kesempatan untuk stasiun lain melakukan panggilan.
  3. Peserta tidak diperkenankan melakukan panggilan secara berulang-ulang, cukup satu kali saja dalam satu putaran.
  4. Peserta hanya diperkenankan komunikasi secara langsung melalui radio dan dilarang menggunakan fasilitas Link Gateway dari software TeamSpeak3, Echolink, eQSO, serta dilarang melakukan panggilan menggunakan callsign milik orang lain.
  5. Jika dipandang perlu, Operator dapat saja melakukan split operation.
  6. Peserta yang telah berhasil melakukan QSO dengan Station 8C73KS, 8D73K dan 8D73S akan mendapatkan e-QSL Card yang dapat diunduh melalui situs website ORARI Daerah Kalimantan Selatan https://award.orarikalsel.or.id

EVENT NAME

KALSEL SPECIAL AWARD 2023

 

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The KALSEL SPECIAL AWARD 2023 activity is conducted with the following purpose and objectives:

  1. To commemorate and celebrate the 73rd Anniversary of South Kalimantan Province on August 14, 2023.
  2. To promote various aspects of South Kalimantan Province to the entire Indonesia and international community.
  3. To enhance the capabilities, skills, and self-training of ORARI members in the field of radio communication.
  4. To foster a sense of camaraderie, strengthen fraternal bonds, and uphold sportsmanship among fellow amateur radio operators.

 

PARTICIPANTS

The participants of this activity are members of ORARI and Club Stations from across Indonesia, as well as international Amateur Radio operators.

From August 7, 2023, 00:00 UTC to August 11, 2023, 23:59 UTC.

SCORING

  1. POINTS

    Each QSO (contact) with Stations 8C73KS, 8D73K, and 8D73S on each band and mode will earn 1 point (duplicates will not be counted).

  2. MULTIPLIER
    Each QSO with all three Stations, 8C73KS, 8D73K, and 8D73S, on each band and mode will receive 1 multiplier.

  3. TOTAL SCORE
    The Total Score is the sum of Points multiplied by the sum of Multipliers.

Points and Multipliers will be awarded if there is confirmation of QSOs between the log uploaded by the operator and the log of the QSO results uploaded by the participant.

Participants can submit their QSO log manually or all at once by sending the log in ADIF file format on the ORARI South Kalimantan Region website at https://award.orarikalsel.or.id/?page=kalsel-award&btn=submit  no later than August 12, 2023 at 23:59 UTC.

 

AWARDS AND PLAQUES

  1. Participants who successfully complete a QSO (contact) with Stations 8C73KS, 8D73K, and 8D73S will receive the KALSEL SPECIAL AWARD 2023, which can be downloaded through the ORARI South Kalimantan Region website at https://award.orarikalsel.or.id after the conclusion of the activity, with the following provisions:
    1. Bronze Award: Achieved by successfully completing a QSO with all three Stations.
    2. Silver Award: Achieved by successfully completing a QSO with all three Stations and accumulating a total score of at least 25.
    3. Gold Award: Achieved by successfully completing a QSO with all three Stations and accumulating a total score of at least 50.
    4. Platinum Award: Achieved by successfully completing a QSO with all three Stations and accumulating a total score of at least 73.
  2. For Indonesian participants who achieve the highest scores, they will be awarded plaques based on the following categories:
    1. Top 3 Extra Class (Penegak).
    2. Top 3 Advanced (Penggalang).
    3. Top 3 General (Siaga).
    4. Top 3 Club Station.
    5. Top Extra Class (Penegak) in South Kalimantan.
    6. Top Advanced (Penggalang) in South Kalimantan.
    7. Top General (Siaga) in South Kalimantan.
  3. Plaques will also be awarded to the Top 3 Operators who serve during the event.

Notes :

  • If a National Rank is achieved by a member from South Kalimantan, then the South Kalimantan Rank will be awarded to the subsequent position below.
  • In the event of the same Total Score, preference will be given to the participant who achieves the score first.

 

OTHERS

  1. Participants must adhere to proper and courteous communication procedures, using polite language, and remain patient if not immediately heard by the operator.
  2. Participants must state their callsign in full when checking in during each roll call or calling session conducted by the operating operator. They should also allow other stations to make calls.
  3. Participants are not allowed to make repeated calls; one call per round is sufficient.
  4. Participants are only allowed to communicate directly through the radio and are prohibited from using Link Gateway facilities from software such as TeamSpeak3, Echolink, eQSO, as well as making calls using someone else's callsign.
  5. If deemed necessary, the Operator may conduct split operations.
  6. Participants who successfully complete a QSO with Stations 8C73KS, 8D73K, and 8D73S will receive an e-QSL Card, which can be downloaded through the ORARI South Kalimantan Region website at https://award.orarikalsel.or.id
